Story behind the song
Aurora: Story behind this song: I spent along time toying with different riffs and finally just brought all the ideas together. I had no real original concept...i just wanted to name a song Aurora, and hoped that by keeping that thought, I would create a song that's sound would seem colorful and mysterious. The lyrics came later...trying to dig into the Idea of aurora, its mystery and brilliant color, and the feeling that its an "illusion". I made the lyrics fashioned around the idea that a person may be those same things....turning Aurora into a dark song about hatred and pain from a person who is deceitful/mysterious.
