SorExistence is a combination of Acoustic Rock, Emo, and Pop Rock. It all depends on the song. This Band reaches out to all the lonely and heart broken people
SorExistence is a One-Man-Band! The musician is Michael Moellers, currently a Kirkwood Community College student working towards a film degree and during his free time he spends it on his computer creating music, writing poetry, filming music videos, and much much more. He uses the computer generated drums to to give the music it's heart beat, while his electric guitar gives life to the tone and his unique vocals completes the deep emotional feelings that can't help but pick the lock to a person's heart. The words of each song are the most important to Michael. Most songs may seem like they mean what they say, but it's actually the underlining meaning that you have to find in order to truly understand the meaning to the songs. Every song he's ever made relates to him in some way shape or form. Like the song "My New World" from the new album "The Life Cycle of a Lonely Citizen" is about him when he was 10 and moved to a new state where he was forced to leave behind all his friends and start a new life. The main genre is rock but at times it's hard to tell the specific sub genre.

Story behind the song
It's about a couple who have been together for a long time but nothing has changed emotionally between them. She loves him no more now than she did the first time they met. So this entire time they've been together she has been living in a dream world where she is with someone else while his dream is to be with her.
Lyrics
There you are again inside your head, In between the white sheets of this bed, Right beside you as we lay and wait, For an answer or a twist of fate. Holding onto you, Hoping we'll see it through, Why don't you come to, Hope is all we do. No longer will I let you waste more time, Sitting inside of your silent mind, I don't want to wake up tomorrow, And ask myself was it all a dream. Holding onto you, Hoping we'll see it through, Why don't you come to, Hope is all we do. I know some how you have to run away, Hide behind the walls you built to protect me, I know some how you'd like to stay with me, As long as it was meant to be. Holding onto you, Hoping we'll see it through. No more will you ask was it all a dream, 'cause pretty soon you are going to wake.
