Strictly a demos only performer <br />Jam at live gigs sometimes and have a whole lotta fun doing it
I am writer, and general Mister Nice Guy. I am not a performer but manage to squeak out stuff good enough for others to hear and do better with. Lucky for you lot. I get a few other people to sing and play some of my stuff. I do make Karaoke tracks of my songs and perform them every Saturday night, trotting twix the two local pubs that do karaoke. I have a whole heap more fun than doing covers all the time. Most weeks having at least one new song to try out on the punters. Have seven recorded and getting airplay. And not only on my show Roar Radio either. Backing music for Born To Be Blue is now on a video showing the Esperance service providers. Out soon. More later.

Get Around The Carton Boys © Copyright APRA Graham Henderson 2003 Down at the shearing shed the last sheep’s been done. Everyone is feeling worn from the learner to the gun. The shearers clean their gear on wool bales in the sun. And the cocky’s got a carton, so now it’s time for fun. Chorus Get around the carton boys. Sip Sip Sip. There’s nothing in the world. Quite like a cut out beer. Every sip has been earned. Like every cent they pay. So get around the carton boys. Then we’ll be on our way. The presser and the rousabouts still have a bale to press. Then everybody will get in to tidy up the mess. The cook has brought us nibbles and wears her leaving dress. But what is in her nibbles we can only guess. Yeah. Chorus Get around the carton boys. Sip Sip Sip. There’s nothing in the world. Quite like a cut out beer. Every sip has been earned. Like every cent they pay. So get around the carton boys. Then we’ll be on our way. The overseer is working out the tally and the bill. He’s got a lot on his mind and lots of cheques to fill. And when he does and hands them out it’s off to feed the till. At the pub we go to every day that’s lets us run a bill. Chorus Get around the carton boys. Sip Sip Sip. There’s nothing in the world. Quite like a cut out beer. Every sip has been earned. Like every cent they pay. So get around the carton boys. Then we’ll be on our way. Oh I love me shearing it’s the best job I have done. I’ve always earned good money though I’ve never been a gun. It’s hard work but it’s honest you get paid for what you’re due. And for every bloody cut out, there’s a new shed left to do. So. Chorus Get around the carton boys. Sip Sip Sip. There’s nothing in the world. Quite like a cut out beer. Every sip has been earned. Like every cent they pay. So get around the carton boys. Then we’ll be on our way.
