The Montauk Project was a series of secret government experiments that ran from 1970-1983 involving mind-control, genetic manipulation, time travel, weapons research, weather control, and various other electromagnetic experiments. The project took place at Camp Hero Air Force Base on Montauk, Long Island. Technology used at Montauk was that of Nikola Tesla’s and various alien technology given to the government by different alien groups, some of whom were involved at the base during the experiments. The Sirians from Sirius A provided the technology for the Montauk Chair, which was used to first manifest objects in physical reality out of pure thought energy from the trained psychic sitting in the chair, with the chair hooked up to computers. Eventually the chair evolved to the point where they were manifesting portals that would lead to other points in time and space. There was also a time travel tunnel technology used for sending people back and forward in time or into other realities, etc.
