What if a well-known voice sang a great song? Amazing Grace, anyone?

Truly great old-style gospel and certainly Christian singers (singas!) from the Denver metropolitan area.
This band showcases some incredibly talented Denver singers on two CD's, Mommy sings God's Love Vol 1 and Old School Church Vol 1. Instrumental music is mostly by keyboardist Chuck Abernethy, who produced the CD's. MSGLV1 was released in Dec., 2008. OSCV1 was released in Sept., 2004.

Story behind the song
In 2008, this singer, Alton Paul --aka Alton Alexander, found a MIDI file that I had posted on the Internet in 2004-2005. In the studio, he rendered the piano and the pad and added his voice. Viola! A great rendition. Alton Paul will be releasing a new CD very soon. It will be available through CD Baby. Click below to get to Alton's facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1460490949 This is one of the few MIDI tracks that I have sequenced without a click track. The background music is whimsical to say the least. With the help (the Spirit) of God, the singer gives life to this recording. A dear friend of ours, Jim Rhea, whose singing is under our EM Christian page, also sang this. We might re-mix and post it. Lyrics
by Dottie Rambo He Looked Beyond My Fault Intro Verse1 Amazing Grace, shall always be my song of praise. For it was grace that brought me liberty, I do not know, just why He came to love me so. He looked beyond my fault and saw my need. Chorus I shall forever lift mine eyes to Calvary, To view the cross, where Jesus died for me. How marvelous, His grace that caught my falling soul. He Looked beyond my fault and saw my need. Verse (Instrumental) Chorus - Turnarounds (2X) (End)
