the music of gefrin reflected rob's love for sixties music... beatles, dylan, cat stevens, kinks..etc.. using lyrical content in the songs to reflect rob's recent past of relationships and travel... songs like franklin cammeron, st tropez, jack in the box, along for the ride... they displayed a mature and confident songwriter and performer. now in his early thirties, the previous 15 years had been a rollercoaster ride from atomkraft to street entertaining and everything inbetween.. recording at his home studio in the shadow of the Cheviot hills he was glad of the solitude and peace that his rural location gave him.
