the opening minute or so started off life as a start to another piece but I could never finish it somehow - then when i wrote the second half i remembered that the first half, now archived for about 2 years, might fit. It did. the piano bit was added in one take during a sleepless cold january night in England. Seemed to work out all right and has since been used on US TV as background music to underwater shots... if you like it - then consider I wrote it just for you !
