I've been playing music since I discovered the piano at age 3. While playing solo in the recording environment, I also play rock with "The Buffalo Joe Band", a decades-old band based in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.

Story behind the song
This song was the first project on my Tascam 788 digital portastudio, recorded in December of 2000. It wasn't meant to be a "keeper"...I unboxed the unit on a Friday afternoon, recorded the tracks that night, mixed on a Saturday and played it back for a concert on Sunday. It's a little "sloppy" because of the casual approach I used, and the arrangement was done "on the fly" without premeditation, but it has too much charm to toss out!
