Doo - founder/owner, lyricist, rhythm guitar, all aspects of business. Brother Mike co - founder -lyricist - lead guitar, vocals, drums Barbara (Bessie Girl)
The Glass Poets - lyricists / song writers We, The Glass Poets Lyricists Team are, Douglas W. White (owner/founder/lyricist/rhythm guitar) of California, Barbara Adkins (lyricist)of Florida and Michael A. Bradshaw (co - founder/lyricist,vocals,piano,drums,lead) of Alabama. Our unique story is WE HAVE NEVER MET IN PERSON. All of our material is written via emails, phone conversations. Once a solid lyrics structure is agreed upon, as all 3 of us are musicians, one of us will lay down an original acoustic guitar/piano track. We do not consider ourselves as a band but instead STORYTELLERS. Once all of the tracks are recorded Douglas and Micheal then engineer them into song format the best they can. Due to the economy and also the geographic distance between us we cannot afford studio time so we use home recording programs such as Tascam, Mixcraft, Majixs and Adobe to self produce our material. The Glass Poets Discology: 1: Spirits Of Adventure(country, country rock, western movie soundtrack theme) 2: Stories Of Today & Gone Yesterdays (country, country/pop crossover) 3: Life Is Not For Granted (inspirational, contemporary christian) 4: Garage Sale (country, country rock) 5: Move To Higher Ground (inspirational, contemporary christian) 5 original songs written and performed by Micheal - 5 songs by The Glass Poets 6: Untameable (rock, southern rock) a collaboration cd between The Glass Poets (USA) and Internal Dealin (Great Briton) Kerry Harrison & Chris Guy 7: The Warmth Of Christmas - An Indie Artists Compilation (christmas) 10 indie artists from throughout USA & Canada with 14 original, fresh, homegrown Christmas songs. Lyrics
1: First time I saw Bosom`s Galore She was climbin outa the stage coach door Her trunks filled up the whole top rack A dress so tight buttons about to snap 2: Her eyes painted in deep sky blue Red ruby lips would call to you All the men loved her at first sight Husbands and wives were about to fight Chrs: She was Bosom`s Galore our nugget of gold Ninety nine per cent pure something to behold Every man gathered around when she went to sit She loved each and all of them for a price of two bits 3: Some men claim she was the love of their lives Others making promises to leave their wives With a smile she would send them on they`re way Wasn`t a man around who could match her pay 4: Boy all those men sure were smitten Some said, " I can`t see her no more, it`s time I`m a quitten" But they couldn`t shake the way of he smile The next day they were back because she drove them wild Chrs: The Glass Poets Barbara Adkins Douglas W. White Michael A. Bradshaw Copyright?theglasspoetsDWWMABBA2009
