we originally wrote it for our daughter misha, but we ended up liking it ourselves. (by "our daughter" we mean john & megan.)

so then the bear put his apron away and he closed up his shop for the rest of the day. then he filled up a bag with some candy and things. and his friends all cried out "oh! look what bear brings!"
let's go, let's go, let's go on this wonderful trip. so off they all went on a train. they all got onto a train.
they were off to the zoo on a very fine track with a huff and a puff and a clickety-clack...
all the animals came and said "how do you do? here's a gumdrop for me and for you." then the end of the day came to whisk them away back to the bear's shop door.
