Minimalist ambient music - a progressive aural experience and absorbing quest into imagination.
Tálos is one of my side-projects from Echosphere, it's more minimalistic and progressive in terms of composition, and less organic than my other ambient work. The focus of Tálos is the invocation of an atmosphere of spacial extremes as well as storytelling, which each album being an aural journey through whatever landscape inspires me at the time of writing. Listening tips: I have found that using a 5.1 surround sound system around the listening space works wonders, as I have purposefully made the compositions with the intention of creating an environment, rather than a 2D wall of sound. Do what you see fit to enhance the experience - burn incense, extinguish any sources of light, ensure background noises are kept to a minimum etc. Enjoy.
