Hello and Welcome to my page. I love all types of music....and my music evolves around love, the greatest of all emotions, such a precious thing.. I am a performing singer / songwriter / musician of many styles and genres. I have written and composed songs in Blues, Country, Classical, Rock N Roll, Latin (Flamenco), Christian contemporary, Love Songs and Ballads and my favorite music is Christmas music. I love collaborating with other artists. I also love working with children and teaching them about music, different instruments and diffentent musical genres. They are so much fun to be with and so enthusiastic, it is one of favorite activities. You can see some of these events on my blog page. Story behind the song
This song is A makeover of the song "It's Super Bowl Time Once Again". Thanks to Ken Sacco for creating the basic track, To Mike Marshall vocals and harmonies, To Mike Bennett for his excellent lead guitar work, To Tammy Swindell for the Final Mastering.
Lyrics
Guitar intro... Verse 1 It’s Super Bowl time, once again, Time to get together, with our friends, dig into the spread, while it’s still hot,. Wash it down with some beer and shots.. Verse 2 We’re all gathered round in the Den, The game begins, and It’s first and ten, (commentator – Arizona’s ball is on the 20 yd line) Front and center in my favorite chair, The plazma screen, makes us feel like we’re there, Verse 3 It’s half time, and the game is tied, ( It’s Halftime here at Tampa Bay, with The score is tied, with Pittsburg 21 to Arizona 21, Your watching Super Bowl 43 ) Our friends are split, rooting for both sides, The ring goes, to the best of the best, We wait all year, to see who passes the test. In the 1st quarter Warner connected with Fitzgerald for a TD, Rothlesberger answered with a 30 yard pass to Hinds Ward for a TD to tie the game, Warner connected again with Fitgerald. 2 plays later Palamalu forced a fumble and recovered the ball and ran it for a TD. Warner to Fitzgerald again for the go ahead TD, and Rothlesberger goes to Willie Parker from 50 yard line to tie the score. What a game…. Instrumental Break ( with some serious jamming ) Verse 4 And now my friends have, a feeling of dread, Ten seconds left, my teams ahead, (4th and 15 at the 43 yard line, 10 seconds left in the 4th quarter), It’s fourth and long, a Hail Mary they throw, there's the snap, it’s a Hail Mary, a beautiful pass and it’s intercepted in the end zone) And we pick it off, and the win the Super Bowl….. Verse 5 It’s Super Bowl time once again, Time to get together with our friends, Win or lose, it’s all in fun, Had a great time, got to see everyone. (Spoken at end) Ah, yes it’s Super Bowl Time Once Again... Enjoy the game, and may the best team win....

Great collab friends, it rocks very well! I dont know anything about the rules of this sport, but i can imagine what the music brings to it, and this piece does that right.

Really cool and rocking tune!!Very nice vocals,lyrics,lead guitars..The backing track Ken made sounds cool.Nice mix and mastering too. Excellent work by you all.:) This sounds great!!

Nice performance. But, Kurt did you write those lyrics? I do like your sports commentator part. You sound authentic. I have to be honest, that I prefer your first version, that you recorded.

This one rocks! An extremely well written song, my adjustments were very minor. Fantastic job with the announcer voice Kurt, really helps everyone get psyched for this match-up. Nice mixing too, not an easy task. Great work with the base track Ken, so solid. And Mike the smokin' dueling leads do mirror the big face off, excellent stuff. Tammy, wonderful job with the mastering, pulls it all together just right! An honor to have participated. This one is pretty damn sharp!

Hi Kurt! Wow...this is an exciting track! The perfect Super Bowl song! I can feel the anticipation and tension in the way the song builds. Love the explosion of sounds from the guitar very metaphorical of the action. Excellent stuff. A "must have" for my station! Thanks for your review on Storm Bird - we both appreciate it!
