fast rappers, lyrical killaz bumping beats hip hop flowing rhyming tongue twista
"Lyrical Killaz" was born in the summer of 1999 on Brandywine Dr. in Southaven MS, the group was originally Skaz and Viper. The early days were pretty much a joke as our beats were from a keyboard and recordings were very poor quality on tape. We had no real equipment but our writing and rapping ability was always there. In 2000 Lyric joined the group and we made our first real song on 4 track "Keepin' It Easy". In 2001 J.G. joined and our equipment was a lot better, we got ACID 3.0 and J.G. made the first really good beat. From then on he got better at everything and the whole group evolved. We recorded our first studio song in 2003 "Ready To Ride" at Ghost Note Studio in Memphis as part of our 4 song demo. Lyric would later leave the goup because his heart was in metal music (We wish you the best w/ Brutal Honesty) but he still raps on guest appearances to this day and is pushing strong. We started doing shows at Stop 345, the Premiere Palace and a few other small venues with positive crowd reaction but then the group took a year off. In 2005 we got a call from RIPP Records and were in negotiations for a record deal. We did the New Albany Promotional Show with mixed crowd support but our performance was on the money. We were told By "RIPP" that we were excellent and he wanted to sign us but negotiations stopped. We then did what we talked about in the past we started "Brandywine Ent." In May 2007 Lyrical Killaz came to terms with the release of J.G. and disconnected themselves from the Brandywine label due to personal and creative issues. Now it is back to the original founding members,Skaz and Viper, who plan one final push to take this group to the next level.
