Story behind the song
Originally the words were about one relationship but they ended up merging two poems about two different situations to get a lyric that fit the music.
Lyrics
Standing by the window... Where does the time go... And how did she know... Open wide.. Rhythm glide... Cell divide... The rabbit died... I turned and I touched her... She smiled but I'm not sure... I'll see her in the future... Open Wide... Rhythm Glide... Cell divide... The rabbit died... Many years later... I still can't forget her... Good old Mother Nature... Open wide...Rhythm Glide... Cell divide... The rabbit died...
