Story behind the song
I wrote this song (like so many others) after my first boyfriend dumped me. It was kind of a new style for me, and it kind of marked my basic acceptance of the situation. It was a very cathartic song, and I got the recording on the first try, I dont' think I could reproduce the sound I got if I tried..
