Story behind the song
I have had panic disorder and clinical depression. This song is about being traped inside someone who has a negative look on things. My panic attacks were always caused by something obscure or something that had no relation to me. One of the worst panic attacks I had was triggered by an old man wearing a grey jumpsuit running on the side of the road. hence the lyrics.
Lyrics
bones, and black are all i have inside of me, and sleep are going to take on the world in my dreams, and nightmares of explosions in the pearl-less night. I see a man wearing grey, running on the side of the road, trying to keep in shape, before it gets to late, ask, a question and throw your quarters in the well, of misfourtane, and find out the mistakes you'll make, tomorrow when you had all you can take of you. the birds are falling from the sky, and fish are rising to the surface, and every where you look, you see them. I see a man wearing grey, running on the side of the road, trying to keep in shape, before it gets to late. I'm not asking for a miracle, I just want to know whats going on, inside, my head
