Truly great old-style gospel and certainly Christian singers (singas!) from the Denver metropolitan area.
This band showcases some incredibly talented Denver singers on two CD's, Mommy sings God's Love Vol 1 and Old School Church Vol 1. Instrumental music is mostly by keyboardist Chuck Abernethy, who produced the CD's. MSGLV1 was released in Dec., 2008. OSCV1 was released in Sept., 2004.

Story behind the song
This is the first Christian song that some of us ever learned as young children. "Let your light so shine that men may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven." Recorded in my home in 2004. Hear how the kalimba dances around African flute... Be blessed.

Great singing and great music on this favorite. Brings back memories of when I used to sing this in "Sunday SchooL" and Youth Group functions. Blessings!
