Songs I have been graciously given by the LORD over the past 35 years.
The CD's I am giving you are a compilation of 24 of the songs I have been graciously given by the LORD over the past 35 years. He has given me enough songs to make at least one more CD of the same size, but it takes time putting these together. The "Then And Now" album has songs from four different decades. I am very thankful for the computer program "Garage Band," without which these CDs would not have been made.

Story behind the song
This song was written in 1984. This song tells about the blessed tranformation that comes when Jesus comes into a person's life. You can have joy even when your life circumstances are precarious. Because I waited so long to distribute this song, I had to change the words in one sentence. It originally said, "My hair will soon turn gray." It now says, "My hair is turning gray." If I wait much longer it may say, "My hair has all turned gray."
