Not to be mistaken as an enemy of artist Danger Mouse from Award Winning Group Gnarles Barkley. Not at all, actually the name "BARONSILAS" was to be the title for an older low budget project started early 1994. Usually overlooked for being so young at the time, BARONSILAS would only assume this identity while secretly recording Ensoniq ASR10 projects over mom's 90 minute cassette tapes. Mainly for personal amusement, he embraced the underground scene mixing random samples of favorite television programs over low bit drum kits and distorted vinyl loops. Reaching the summer of 1997 due to a lack of finances on top of legal issues, he leaves the music scene behind him at age 17. Only to rediscover the desire years later after luckily recovering material lost. Making his decision in 2005 to take it all one step further. Being humbled and more experienced in life he returns to the underground joined by random artists and friends to release his unheard concepts to the public. Showing no interest in fame, he returns only for those who truly appreciate his work. Hungrier than ever, he hopes to bring something tasteful to the table. Stay tuned for more...
