Timeless rock and roll with touches of R&B, soul and blues, and a voice you won't soon forget.
Blues wrote his first “official” song at the age of 5, and he hasn’t stopped since. Drawing from the rich history of rock, blues and R&B, Blues’ songs sound at once familiar, classic, and fresh. On his new release “Restoration”, Blues and producer Dan Strain have crafted a sound that compliments and supports Blues’ rich, soulful voice. The songs are written from a very personal place. However, many of the songs like “Let You Down”, “Learnin’ How to Live”, “You Have Touched Me” and “Kindness” touch on universal themes that resonate with the listener's own experiences.

Lyrics
YOU HAVE TOUCHED ME (To My Very Soul) Gregg Lyne © 2004 BluesTunes Alone at last, Time passes much too fast When it’s just you and me And I don’t want to leave this place Without telling you face to face How much you mean to me You have touched me to my very soul And we got us a boy A little bundle of joy The world lights up with that smile of his I wonder will he ever know That he’s so beautiful And what a blessing he is You have touched me to my very soul You have given your best, Words could never express All of my gratitude And there’s a God above Must be full of mercy and love To bless me with you You have touched me to my very soul
