Story behind the song
My friend and I had something called "The Happy Dance" If you were feeling sad, you'd force yourself to get the biggest goofiest grin you could muster, then open your eyes as wide as possible, put your hands in front of your chest and shake your entire body quickly like an idiot. If you could do that without laughing or feeling better, you were made of stone. This song was inspired by that dance.
