A diary of guitar music improvisation and sound demos a mixture of Mark Knopfler, Joni Mitchell, Allan Holdsworth, David Starobin, Michael Landau, Wayne Krantz
If you,ve just landed here.... then welcome to this diary of noodles (Manipulation Of Negative Space) There is a great deal of improvisation to be found here which is mainly for fun and not always so musical or correct. Some tracks are very old and recorded on cassette but have a certain "zing" or concept. 90 percent of all the noises you hear here are produced from guitars. A big thanks to all the people who leave comments and write to me... its really nice to know some folk actually like this stuff... And yes for those that ask I do plan on releasing some proper music soon. Cheers, TZ.

Story behind the song
This is the demo guide for the 3rd part of a very unusual piece that never repeats and uses many different playing techniques and time signatures (this being the straightest section) Ibanez JEM 777 into a Roland GP-8 recorded on a Tascam Porta One cassette recorder.

Beautiful TZ...I love when great technique doesn't hinder the musicality of the player or the piece. On first listening I wasn't think this is difficult or technically challenging just that it is a gorgeous piece of music....on the second listen I was guilty of listening as a guitarist and I was thinking "damn that sounds hard" c
