This is pure progressive rock. The songs are very long, very high energy with metal influences but very unstructured with many tempo changes and time signature

Story behind the song
Written and Recorded in 1992. Remixed and partially rerecorded in March 2007.
The lyrical philosophy concerns the question of the true nature of life itself amidst it's fragility. The story is a semi-social sci-fi concerning a woman involved in a car crash that killed her husband and damages part of the visual cortex of her brain. A new technology is developed whereas her vision and perception can be restored, but she later finds that she can control the nature of what she sees and believes to be true. The song focuses on the life she creates from the discovery (her husband re-emerges, children, etc) and her understanding of the true nature of it all and ultimate acceptance of what is true reality amidst the uncertainty of when life will end.
Lyrics
Dawn brings lifes repair
Renegade solution plays a sample bond
Its taste remembers someones time
An escape through futures sacred sight
Red thoughts are spinning circles senselessly
Deliberation fusing seamlessly
Taken for granted, somewhere...
Secluded life there, somewhere...
Revolving empty spaces endlessly
A realignment there beyond the ritual of thought
Through cross-reliance on amber lines deliberately lost
Of sui-cycle seasons, graciously, religiously mistrusts
Of fear internal festering its universal love
Underneath survival lies the truth of our convictions
Running circles in your forests
To establish someones crucifixion
Taken from the physical
Escapes with such precision
As the engine of creation
Squeezes dry the faces of ambition
Theres a technology, Microbe-biology
Searing the boundaries, Laced with dichotomy
Science is purged in reliance on visuals
Rendering vital transgressions, extensions of life
My breath seems cold but sometimes cold feels warm inside
One sight, one vision, two voices screaming
Leaving trails of soft white footprints growing scarred
While questioning this fragile life
Too late to reason
To safe to blow the rain away
One world, one vision
Two voices screaming in the night
And their shadows share the black
And the black embraces white
A wind relays the signs
Remembering this fragile life
Signal cracking puppets floating high
Harboring this fragile life
Sharp tongue, sharp reason
Sharp needles covet virgin skin
One mind, two seasons
the age remembers autumns fire
In the air, magics disease
Of a miniature brigade
In imaginations eye
Dissolving in this fragile life (This fragile life I leave)
I looked through lights that faded fast
There beneath the rage of summer
Frozen here in silhouette
Tattered stage in spotlights slaughter
Auditioning the vail of consciousness
Lightning wakes her nurtured daughter
Fields of pastel seasons change
Fleeting web strands naked, filtering dreams
Here an affair in isolation
Sounding the liquid sirens siege
Galleries picture vile contentment
A waiting game, inflexibly
Roaming a conversation
Pursing a destination
Writhing a world that's left behind
Reacting to his invention
Mirror his best intentions
Feeling your warmth, your breath, your life
Craving a window into apathy
Quenching seduction running over me
The winter scans for someone......
Perimeters for someone......
To taste the sweat inviting harmony
A feigning silence to kiss the isolation fever worn
Of blank pretension
Proclaiming revelations overborne
In spring returns the laughter
Jesters floating once again restored
This past eternal Love is meant to breathe forevermore
Underneath survival lies the path of our extinction
Running circles in your forests
To revive the faces of ambition
Sequenced life in endless cycles
Force without direction
As the engines of creation
Brings to me the miracle of resurrection
Feeble apprentice in fifty years waiting
To grace a transition, a pawns invitational rite
Is this how I wanted to stray
No, I guess I wouldnt change a thing
Of the senses sensation his crying touch feels me
How far, I could feel him, Too late, I revealed it
Somehow...Someone...Somewhere...Someway....
Pale satin symphonies write faint antiquities
(Face time, An obsession, Relay, No reaction)
Is this inseparable reality falling?
Calling, Somewhere, Falling, Someone
Taste the kiss I leave, remember life.....
