Story behind the song
I have been studying Inventio 13 on my own, at home, with fingerings from my teacher. After 3 months spent on it at the piano, the piece is still a work in progress. After variations on tempo, I enjoy playing it at the tempo of echo-location; so one hear the previous phrase while the following one is due to conclude and the next one begin. That means for slow sound under the fingers. For now, I do hear it like a world complete this way, wide range..horizon further in. Plus there are some deeper sounds that only come over the surface at this tempo.. So, I think, for now.
