wing of Tito Grahmz when he was just eighteen years old, Gully-Gil (Juan"Gil"Rivera) has been a force to be reckoned within the music industry for over ten years. From his ground-breaking work with Dirt Mob to his solo productions, Gully-Gil has always broken the mold. Raised in the project section of Hoboken, Gully-Gil , along with his childhood friends, formed "DP MULTI MEDIA" whilst under the tutelage of Dirtpranos Productions. The concept of the company was unprecedented - 2 young men with 2very different personalities comprised one, larger super group. Dirtpranos (of whom Gully-Gil was a member) recognized the difference between right and wrong, the S.t.r.e.e.t.s. represented rage amongst urban youths, Grahmz offered a glimpse into the life of a hustler and Gil (better known as GullyGil). Together, they painted elaborate picture of life on the streets. They released their MixTape Heat Fame Hard in the summer of 2005, which was praised by critics and record buys alike,Featuring the hits Treasure Chest and Russian Roulette, Russian Roulette epitomized the sound of 90s New York hip hop. In 1999, GetBucks released,Getbucks Vol 1 which featured guest appearances from C.O.S., Tito Grahmz, S.T.R.E.E.T.S and others. Despite a strong early showing - debuting at..46 and selling 25,000 copies in its first week alone - the album failed to make a huge impact sales-wise, due to lack of promotion from Get Bucks Entertainment. Currently, Gully-Gil is at work on his follow-up MixTape, tentatively titled Forever About Money (due out within the year). Continuing his tradition of thinking, rapping and producing out of the box, he is also busy conceptualizing instrumental beats-series with sounds inspired by his fellow Get Bucks members, to whom he remains close.
