Story behind the song
I was walking to my shed late last night, when I decided to write a parody about a trailer park my blogging friend, Purple, often describes.

I was walking to my shed, late last night when my eyes beheld an eerie sight. The residents arose from their double-wides. And suddenly, to my surprise . . . they did the Trash. They did the Trailer Trash. They did the Trash. It was a park-wide Smash. They did the Trash. It caught on in a flash. They did the Trash. They did the Trailer Trash. In every lot and near the office too we were doing things we shouldn't do. We threw our skirting and rolled our wheels just 'cause we liked the way it feels. We did the Trash. We did the Trailer Trash. We did the Trash. It was a park-wide Smash. We did the Trash. It caught on in a flash. We did the Trash. We did the Trailer Trash. We all were were having fun. It caught on in a flash. We did the Trash. We did the Trailer Trash. From her single-wide, Skanky did scream. Seems she was troubled by just one thing. She opened her door and shook her fist and said, "Whatever happened? No one told me 'bout this!" We did the Trash. We did the Trailer Trash. We did the Trash. It was a park-wide Smash. We did the Trash. It caught on in a flash. We did the Trash. We did the Trailer Trash. Now everything's cool, and we're forming a band, and "The Trailer Trash" is the hit of the land. For you with houses, this Trash was meant too. When you get to our park, tell them Purple sent you. Then you can Trash. Then you can Trailer Trash. Then you can Trash. And do the park-wide Smash. Then you can the Trash. You'll catch on in a flash. Then you can the Trash. Then you can Trailer Trash. (Sorry we rolled your patrol car, Barney, but you do look funny upside down in it. It looks like your lights are as smashed as we are.)
