Story behind the song
I wanted to write down something original to play with my band. We play rock, hard rock and heavy metal, the latter being the most appreciated genre and the one we are quite renowned for in our small valley. I wanted to write down a thrash metal song with some melodic passages and I had "Battery" by Metallica in mind. So, I wrote the riff in just a few minutes before going to football training... that evening I fractured one of my left hand's fingers and couldn't record a real clip until now.
