The Hard North Hustle is a young and wise versatile group of talented men & childhood friends. Rising from the cold winters of Northern,Ontario, filled with nothing but farmer fields and low measures of hope. Where the grace of hip-hop as a image amongst a teen in these areas,are often considered to be "Gangster" or "Thug", or you could say a book being judged by its cover and not by its story. The thing is that, the music was just to powerful, just to inspring & many emotions were touched and felt through the message of Hip-Hop music that were never able to be discovered before. They have a dream, but dreams to these men are only reality, and reality is only thier destiny that is to be fulfilled. Coming from an area where Hip-Hop is not recognized as a career, but more a hobby, or words coming from your family saying that they dont think this is the best route in life for you to follow. Well HIP-HOP is in thier heart........ and they chose to FOLLOW thier's. How the Hard North Hustle started was an idea brought to the table by member Jay-G, about starting a group that would bring a group of local artists together to form an unstoppable team. With members such as SlingShotSS already having out 3 mixtapes,Acedik who released his debut the Epidemik and is now getting ready to drop his solo follow up mixtape "Apocalypse Now" and Wrek-9 who released his solo debut mixtape, this brought a stronger fan base to the Hard North Hustle. With artists Jay-G & Intalect they were both featured throughout these mixtapes on songs, and have released a wide range of tracks to gain their individual status also. Flex being the newcomer to the group was taken in a bit after being created and has been going strong ever since.
