My only crit here is the main git part sounds a little too solid state, but the music you are playing transcends that!

From the opening sugar-sweet jazzy chords (ninths?), to a tight and imaginative rhythm section, to the hot ass jazz-tinged rock guitar with distinct LS tone, this one delivers the goods to the front door, rings the bell, then runs away! Not familiar with the original but if it's remotely similar to this I gotta find it now! Wow.
