Story behind the song
Hurricane Katrina, inept city government, corrupt cops, 40% of the population of New Orleans living by scam, hustle, crime, selling dope, living off welfare in a gimme everything for nothing society habitating an over 200 year old City of Voodoo, superstition and piracy, Hurricane Gustav just hit it again and the weather men say Hurricane Ike will probably hit New Orleans also.
