Howdy Kids! Some of the tunes posted here are the result of collaborative efforts, but most were solo creations ;) Some are remixes of other's work and demos of other's software creations/tools...but all were created because they had to be. For some of us, music is a compulsion- much like breathing. Hope ya like the tunes- I did'em because they had to be done.

Story behind the song
This one started off as nothing more than a doodle (even now...it may not be much more than that...but it is what it is ;) ) I liked the chordal structure so I added a few parts. Later, I came up with the "slow" section which is actually the start of the piece... so it felt to me like I was building all of this kinda backward from the way I usually work but I kinda like it. Maybe it needs more... but right now, I really sorta like the open floor plan in this warehouse loft of a ditty. The furniture may come in at a later time. BTW- I realllllllly love using tools like vocoding in conjunction with replicant (so as to add all sorts of deconstructed but "related" rhythms) and Stormgate or AnarchyRhythms, but I try not to rely on them. But dammit, they sound so coool to me! hope you all like it
