English lyricist working with dozens of composers and artists
I am a lyricist working with many composers and artists around the world and most frequently with 2 guys, Juri Rosenfeld and Mark Ellis who, although their styles are entirely different, are both extremely talented as musicians and composers, as well as producers. Along with these two, with whom I have written more than 50 songs....I have been most fortunate to collaborate with so many others that the list is almost endless but two very talented ladies spring to mind: Dawn Diamond and Amy Caldwell, who have not only both composed for my words but have also both are possessed of beautiful voices and have sung many, many times on songs I have written.
There is no ONE genre I write for, since a lyricist has to be able to write for ANY category and I do, but one thing I try to be always, is honest in my work because when there is integrity, there is a way to relate to the song and if occasionally I meander into the poetic, it is because I am and always have been, since the age of 13 years, a poet...but that doesn't mean everything I write is flowery or full of metaphors...as I say, I strive always to be real and of course, most importantly, to be as unique as possible.

A very unusual piece of music, indeed, and a good example, how artists from different styles can come together and produce a song, where all pieces fit. Rap is normally not "my cup of tea", but in this context it goes well together with the rest of the composition. A very interesting combination!

Hey,
Dawn, you amaze me...you really can write anything and make it sound natural and polished at the same time, there is such ease with the flow of these lyrics, but yet they still hold the listener's attention all the way through. The performances are all top notch, the rap is excellent, now I don't know much about this genre of music, so I'm just going on gut reaction to what is a great piece of music all the way around. The vocals are perfectly suited to the style and performed expertly, the composition hits all the right notes and production is superb. High marks all the way round!

Hi,Dah@link! That's a great stuff all over,-absolutely professional piece of art.I'm so glad to see you makin' da waves in this genre as well.Great meloldy and production.Usually the monothony and deeply culture-bound stuff scares me away from this type of music ('cause it makes me feel like outsider..and that I'm not welcome to listen etc.),but I got to admitt that I was able to listen and enjoy this particular song without twitchin'...and that's something,y'know.
Congrats to all involved! Way to go!

Huggles Poss, yo mama u is one bad lady. Brilliant hippety hop song and Coco really gets into it. The rap is nice and clear and wow!! no profanity and yet it works great. Well done from pro and the lyrics ,production and music are every bit as professional as we have come to expect from Boyana and yourself. What more can I say?? Even this old fella got jiggy with it :) I think it should rate well on the other site too. Great stuff all involved
