Story behind the song
This Shefa Gold tune was recorded on the last night of BCI 2008, with thanks to Lauren Henderson and especially Harold Messenger for creating the opportunity and the musical accompaniment. Lest you react strongly to the He God-language of Baruch "Hu," know that the 'Name' being referred to is the formless presence that permeates creation, to which no gender is ascribed.
