John Cusimano is a singer/songwriter and part of the band Loose Change (est. 1990)
My name is John Cusimano. I have been writing songs since the 1980's. Much of my writing has been done in collaboration with a long time friend, John Fracchia and recorded by our band, Loose Change (www.broadjam.com/loosechange). I also have collaborated with lyricists and other composers through an group of songwriters called the Songwriters Gang (www.songwritersgang.com). My music crosses a variety of different genres such as pop rock, ballads, country, classic rock, contemporary christian, etc. Although widely varied, my music always features solid, catchy melodies with strong hooks.

Lyrics
Salvaging Me Cusimano/Fracchia 2003 Tossed up on the scrap heap, rusting in the sun Hollow like a tin man, when the day is done Well you can come and pick me over Might have some parts you need But dont go looking for a heart Dont go looking for a heart Dont go looking for a heart Cause its long gone You can take my eyes, they might see you through Or they can look in my world and see things the way I do Well you can come and pick me over Might have some parts you need But dont go looking for a heart Dont go looking for a heart Dont go looking for a heart Cause its long gone You can take my tongue if you want to taste my life The bitter and the sweet, the struggles and the strife You can take my hands if you need a little help Use them to build your world or put them on a shelf You can take my feet if you need to kick some blues Or step into my world or walk a mile in my shoes Cause you can come and pick me over Might have some parts you need But dont go looking for a heart Dont go looking for a heart Dont go looking for a heart Cause its long gone
