This is a Malayalam Christian Devotional song. the lyrics was partly inspired from a verse in psalms (i'm still trying to look out for the verse number).

I'm a Keyboardist, Specializing in Production, Programming, and Live shows. Also conduct Music Classes & Workshops. Oman was the place where I completed four grades of piano (theory & practicals) from 1996 to 1999. It was also there that I was taught and guided by my Music master & now my best friend, Mr. Job Branham. Apart from the usual classical pieces I learned from him, Job also opened my ears to the world of commercial music. In fact it was only after the 4th grade that I realized I had 'perfect pitch' - the ability to recognize notes, scales & chords without looking at the notes. The most amazing times for me were performing with various bands, both in Oman and in India. I still play in various bands. I also completed my diploma course in Audio Engineering at SAE (School of Audio Engineering) College in Chennai and interned in a couple of studios. It's during this whole journey that I became inspired by my fellow band mates & music friends to experiment with various genres of music other than 'Pop' music. I won't say that I've mastered them all - NEVER! I'm still learning on this Long and Winding Road of my career. I hope the music I've uploaded on this site will have you entertained. Your comments and tips can help me be a better musician and improvise on various styles of music.

Story behind the song
when my Good amigo Sanjeev came to me with the lyrics and the tune, my 1st impression was 'oh no i hope it does'nt turn out to be a song which has all those La-La chords and notations.' because if ur a mal christian ...u wud know wat i'm talking about ...we wud end up listening to a devotional song which just 2-3 major chords...which in turn wud sound a little Boney-M'ish. but to my Good luck Sanjeev wanted me to give it a very sad yet beautiful touch...almost like a Ray Charles 'blues' meets Carpenters 'melancholy strings'. and hey...next thing we knew voila! we got our sound!
Lyrics
Kayikumbil koopi nilkunu. means i'm standing here in front of You with my hands shaped like a cup.
