Story behind the song
"The Medative Dead: Awakening" to me is a song that really expands the first part of this saga, this time around it has an almost darker feel than the first, with some really nice horns thrown in there to represent the mornings of those who have lost a loved one. I feel this song really helps you dive a bit deeper into this organic sespool of emotion, really finding center with two extream emotions, relaxation and discomfort, and the tribal drums bring a certain frame of mind up while the horns show us a darker side of our thoughts, hinting towards death or loss, grief, with slow and mellodic bass lines to move to. This song is so much more than a serries of vibrations, this is an experiance, something everyone can see in diffrent lights, something everyone can accept as a reality, a state of mind, and a connection to realms and subconsious memories long forgotten.
