E Philz is a lyrical Hip Hop artist beginning to make his mark in the entertainment industry. Starting off by writing poetry/music in 1992, Passaic, New Jersey born Ian Philip decided to take his writings to the next level around 1998, after being a featured extra in Robert Rodriguez's "The Faculty." In 1999 he started rehearsing spitting his lyrics with a rock band from Denton, TX. After moving to El Paso, TX in 2000, E was given the opportunity to perform for Telemundo television after creating a large buzz around El Paso. Going back home to New Jersey in 2002, E got together with childhood friends and together they solidified the Chain Gang crew they started back in 1993, through their music. In 2003, after a show on the boardwalk in Atlantic City, E decided to start 730 Enterprizes. E Philz was also cast in Peter DeLornezo's long awaited project "The Mentor" after a meeting that has turned into a strong friendship. After moving back to Austin, TX in 2006, E officially launched 730 Enterprizes in 2008 with the release of the E Philz: 730 Jersey Files mixtape. His delivery on this mixtape has said to be a "verbal assault" and "lyrical onslaught" and has created a buzz around the world. Since then E has been featured on DJ Plat & JR Writer's Unsigned Hype Vol. 3, DJ Lexus's Product of tha Streets Vol. 13, DJ Composed J's The Showcase Vol. 10. His first singles "Beguiled" and "Sex Is On Ya Mind" are on Internet radio rotation & has his fans craving more. Look out for E Philz as he plans to take the industry by storm in the near future.
