Story behind the song
Every character in Nightmare has his strengths, and his tragic flaws. Well, one character was a girl who was a needle addict, heroin or something, and was trying to kick the habit. When she observed a hospital staffer pilfering hospital goods, she threatened to call him on it, and he replied "Who's gonna take the word, of a crazy fucked up junkie chick like you?" I thought that was beautiful and musical, and dark and sinister at the same time.
