Story behind the song
It started when Patrice said, "You're ready for 'The Secret'". Further research showed me that the principles discussed there are actually centuries old. When I found what some call the original meaning, it turned out to be the spiritual direction I have been looking for my whole life. I can't thank her enough.
As a musical note, the first part of the third verse shows exactly what the bass does (and doesn't do) throughout the whole song.
