Bruce Chambers has played piano for 27 years and sax for 25. He wrote his first song at 13 and just made the cross-over from hard rock to smooth jazz. You can hear traces of rock in some of Bruce's jazz and it makes for a unique blend still with smooth jazz & fusion dominating the sound. Bruce Chambers has sold CDs in more than 40 countries without a record deal thanks to the internet. Bruce's latest project is the Long Island Podcast Network, where he produces the shows and DJs local unsigned music.

Story behind the song
Song was written when my life just went back to basics. I had to write something upbeat and positive. It is interesting how people think this song as something to do with September 11, but I uploaded it here to Soundclick in May 2000. We weren't attacked yet. Funny enough, I was in New York City that day!
