1
C G F F
She sits alone in the evening by the window
C G F
Staring down at the people in the streets below
G F
Her eyes are glazed and her mind is dazed
G Am
Wishing that she knew all the things we know
Chorus 1
G
But she’s different kind of strange the people say
Am
Still she’s human playing games we people play
G Am
She may be different but she’s human
2
C G F F
She plays alone in the corner of her little room
C G F F
Waiting for all the children to get out of school
G F
Her eyes are glazed and her mind is dazed
G Am
Realing with excitement in her little room
Chorus 2
G
And she waits there kind of sad the people say
Am
So she stays there playing games we people play oh
G Am
Yeah she waits there but they don’t care
3
C G F F
Once in a while when it’s rainy she can get outside
C G F F
In the yard she’ll be playing by herself
G F
Her eyes are glazed and her mind is dazed
G Am
Wishing that she knew what the sun felt like
Chorus 3
G
But she don’t care kind of strange the people say
Am
So she stays there as long as she can play out oh yeah
G Am
She’ll stay there if they don’t stare
G Am
She hasn’t got a name she’s just kind of strange
G Am
She hasn’t got a name she’s just kind of strange

I like this song , esp. the harmonics between chords and voice. Great lyric!
