Story behind the song
mental funk came to me with the music of his song that he wanted lyrics to. i felt the lyrics come right through the song and wrote them down within 30 minutes, like most of my songs. then we found roger and asked him if he would sing the song (find the melody, etc). roger not only created the magnificent vocals, but also surprized us with a little acoustic guitar (brilliant!)
