This non-exclusive license allows you to sell up to 1,000 copies of whatever type of project you were looking to do without paying LoDo for any additional royalty. If you are looking to sell over 1,000 copies, you would have to contact LoDo to negotiate an exclusive rights contract. You may use the beats for shows, demos, albums and/or radio play. If there is any profit made from using the instrumentals for specific uses, royalties involved (ie. ASCAP, BMI, etc.), then LoDo is entitled to 40% of the share of the publishing.
