Story behind the song
Kalico hit me up. He brought his partner Byron through along with a brother named "C" from the ATL. They did an acapella test track for me on the mic so I could get the vibe of the song, and then they left. I proceeded 2 whip up some 'Shadowstyle Gumbo' in the lab,...they came back a week later dropped the vocals and then they left. I mixxed and marinated the track,...they returned the next day to give it a listen. Every smiled and gave each other a pound. :-) The rest is Shadow history. P e a c e
