Story behind the song
my friend adrian sent me over a guitar riff, telling me that it was something he started that he never finished and that i could play around with it if i wanted to. it was just a short riff, though, and he had told me that if i came up with something, he could just make a longer version according to my specs. i had set it aside and, when i wanted to write one night and couldn't come up with a decent guitar riff, i thought about listening to his riff (for no apparent reason). somehow, it was just perfect. it was only two minutes and twelve seconds, but it was just right and i made something out of it.
