Hardcore Hip Hop Music for fans of lyrics... Heavy bass, Grimey Beats, Freestyle flows, Original production, This is world Hip Hop Music.
I'm pretty straight forward... I write rhymes about my life and my perception of things... I'm deep in the council of Hip Hop... These are anthems for everyone out here grinding to get their art off... This is theme music for personal change... The soundtrack to my mental transmutation... This is how men are made and come of age... I'm mad tribal... I know whats really good... I'm we... I was born in Jamaica and came to America right about the time when Hip Hop was really poppin off. I moved to Flatbush, Brooklyn in 1982 and lived there to adulthood. Growin up in NY during those times shaped my sound. Everybody was an mc so you had to get it in to stand out. I moved to Philly in 1990 and I've been here ever since. I met Aud Ranks (Producer Extroadinaire) while attending the Art Institute of Philadelphia and we formed The High Exalted Rulers Of Speech H.E.R.O.S. We perfomed all over the east coast during the 90's and early 2000's... Now I'm putting out my second solo project... "Phase 2: The Dark Son Come Again" I'm a little poetic... a little political... a little crazy maybe... decide for yourself. My rhymes are about life... The Struggle... I'm just trying to make my way thru the storm... Life is like a rollercoaster... I try to remain in ethereal form at all times. Right now I'm just focused on handlin my business so yeah I'm serious... There's a time and a place for everything... go make your own happy go lucky music... This is for people with work to do... People who need to rise above thier circumstances... This is dark music for dark horses... in dark times... This is for who knows... not them that pose... this is for them cats that love tense and prose.

Lyrics
Dame fate got me by the throat She got me walking a tightrope. Holding on for dear life to slim hope It ain’t no joke when a niggas broke. He gotta scramble to get a handle He gotta think and move swift like a vandal. I always burnt my candles at both ends Invoked trends. Even writing by candlelight my stanzas tight I stay on my grind cause times on my mind I cant unwind cause what I seek I cant find. The mic’s my chance to scream Angst my theme. In the ghetto I’m connected like a chipped box But i never flipped rocks Ak I rock spots. Still i gotta get at least a grand a day if I plan to stay In a plush spot by the bay. You see I live for today but plan for tomorrow I can’t stand to borrow. I never had enough I had it rough That’s why I stayed focused on coming up. But Dame fate got me by the throat She got me walking a tightrope. Holding on for dear life to slim hope It ain’t no joke when a niggas broke. He gotta scramble to get a handle He gotta think and move swift like a vandal. Can’t listen to the damsel Cause she’s well rounded like a bangle She’s at my neck trying to strangle. Got my whole life in a tangle I’m caught in a scandal Dangling off the edge in a shambles I pledged my life to mastering the mixture Hitting the elixir and dropping the scripture. And not for naught! Too many battle’s been fought for me to come up short I’m not that sort I’m holding fort. Rhyming for all hell Waiting for this shit to gel. Trapped in a temporal stasis. I’m the oasis in a desert of rhyme skill lines spill. Life’s been filled with mad frustrations I lost patience But i gotta get mine I’m Dark Divine I came to spark the minds I’ve learned how to read between the lines. It’s now or never how?...Whatever! That bees the quote...She got me by the throat. Dame fate got me by the throat She got me walking a tightrope. Holding on for dear life to slim hope It ain’t no joke when a niggas broke. He gotta scramble to get a handle He gotta think and move swift like a vandal. There ain’t enough time to play ain’t enough hours in the day. I’m on a 16-hour shift Trapped in the salt mine the keen lyricist lays low Until it’s time to display flow. I was blessed but eight to sixteen five of seven I was cursed to dwell in this hell building my heaven. Gotta scrape to fill plates scrape to make ill tapes Reduce the mistakes before my will breaks. To me most cats are fakes real flakes I don’t have to look out for Jakes I see straight. Yall cats are trying to be dying to be Lying to me forgotten why you emcee But I stay on my square and on my dean And ain’t no squares on my team I’m born to gleam. In the darkest night I’m creating divine light In spite of my fiscal plight I stay right And exactly when my time strikes ain’t in sight But I was born to fight set the wrongs right the Dark knight Silverback Grey mane deliver raps spray flame stays game. I’m still the X-file reptile spitting poisonous projectiles Ejecting vile verb...wild words From the War Raiden that was built for fading The ill Jamaican shaman Ancient agent who came through raging. Predestined to see the best then free the text To be the next dark knight to wage wars with mics. A vision came to me every time that I wrote I guess that’s cause dame fate she got me by the throat. Dame fate got me by the throat She got me walking a tightrope. Holding on for dear life to slim hope It ain’t no joke when a niggas broke. He gotta scramble to get a handle He gotta think and move swift like a vandal.
