Story behind the song
premise: write two songs with the same melody/chord structure one in thre, one in four... this is installment 2, song in four... no title yet this one was much harder, i think because a.) i had the three rhythm stuck in my head; b.) the lyrics were much more personal; c.) and when the personal lyrics ran out, it was tough "shifting gears" to add lyrics that were less personal demo note: another one-shot wonder... sorry the mando is a little out of tune :(

everyone said, just keep your head reach for the stars and you'll go far but all the same, all you can claim is all your dreams brought you is pain when body beautiful becomes the body betrayed when it all gets taken away you just let it all go reaching out blind, still you try it's harder to cope, losing your hope and yet you know you're not alone that knowledge still leaves you cold when all you've got to give is less than it takes you try and make your mistakes seem just a little worthwhile now is the time to decide can you still wait for someday for though you fight your best fight it just sets you further behind try as you might you can't understand you dreamed and you hoped and you planned and it slipped through your hands.
