Christian Rock/ Pop/ Progressive/ Retro - Contrary to their name Raw Dog is not a hardcore heavy metal band, instead they are actually quite mainstream in sound. There message is one of hope to those who have been abused by members of the Body of Christ. Their music they feel is for the church and sinner alike.
Story behind the song
This is the last cut on Christian Raw Dogs first CD recorded from 1988 to 1989 called "Let God Arise" the early recordings. This CD is comprised of 14 tunes I did myself when no one else in the physical wanted to record with me. This one is backward masking all the way with the scripture Ephesians 4:22-26 and 2 Cor. 24:26 read over it. I will upload this last CD in reverse order because to me this CD is a testimony of God arising in my music.

What is the outcome then, brethren? When you assemble, each one has a psalm, has a teaching, has a revelation, has a tongue, has an interpretation. Let all things be done for edification.

Note: Here is a little piece performed od Christian Raw Dogs first album in 1989. Just happen to be listening to "Bag it and Tag It" and noticed it sounded pretty neat to my hears at the time. Backward Masking they called it. mmmmmm I felt inspired to read some of those scriptures in Ephesians that was so alive to me. Then realizing that when we come to a place of maturity we should be moving in 1 Cor. 14:26. The old structures of Church should be dying off and the new taking over. Realizing that apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers, are their until we all attain to the unity of the faith, (notice that word until) their just gifts until we all attain to the fullness of Christ. That little word until means so much in there.
