Exclusive rights are sold to only one person and will not be resold. Beats sold exclusively will be taken off the website. When purchasing exclusive rights you will receive the untagged beat in wav format on data cd, the beat all tracked out with each section solo'd out in wav formats and an exclusive rights contract granting you exclusive rights to the instrumental.
