Unmarked Car has been primarily a recording poject combining multiple styles and influences - sometimes obvious sometimes not so obvious.
From across the globe Korea, Norway, Israel, Somalia, Cuba and all across America two forces collided at a backyard barbeque in the Philadelphia suburbs and a recording project was born. Unmarked Car has experimented in funk, punk, rock, and various left-of-center sound experimentation for the purpose of entertaining our two most rabid fans, ourselves. The mayhem continues today with song themes that range from love to war to various types of questionable and sometimes criminal behavior. I hope you enjoy listening to our music as much as we’ve enjoyed making it. Com Medo, Jason Reed

Lyrics
Approach the break of the hardest wave The lesson that I take is to rise and go on Born, not as nature's slave but as a man who had enough inside to go on Sometimes late at night he wonders if this ride is almost done To the sky he looks and holds his breath then dies alone The hero's story now gets told of Sergeant Basilone He hopes for another day knowing all along that his time has come. ...and though he knows it sealed his fate, he goes to Sulfur Island (Iwo Jima), His final home. To the sky he looks and holds his breath then dies alone The hero's story now gets told of Sergeant Basilone If there's a God, let him know that you're Sgt. Basilone, The pride of Battalion One, and you fight like a cyclone. He changed the tide of a World War with a Colt and a Machine gun Hold the line ....here they come. Give 'em Hell John Basilone!
